As a vertically integrated micro speaker manufacturer since 1996, Changzhou Shenghui Electronic produces compact dynamic micro speakers—from 6×15×2.5mm and 8×13×2.5mm receiver-class units up to 9×16×3.0mm and 15×11×3.xmm blocks—engineered with Mylar/polyimide diaphragms, optimized F0 (700–900Hz class), 87–92dB sensitivity and 4Ω/8Ω impedance options for headsets, earbuds, smart bracelets, tablets, medical devices, game controllers and automotive cue modules where board space, power draw and voice-clarity matter. For designs requiring extended low-frequency output, we offer a dedicated micro woofer variant with reinforced suspension and larger magnet structure, as well as a micro bass speaker tuned for deeper punch in compact enclosures. Where piezoelectric actuation is preferred for its ultra-low power and thin profile, our micro piezo speaker series provides a drop-in alternative at 3Vp-p drive levels.
Every micro speaker driver is designed and assembled in-house, ensuring consistent impedance, F0 tolerance and SPL across batches. Whether selected as a standalone micro speaker component or integrated as a complete micro speaker unit with custom housing and wiring, each part undergoes 100% acoustic screening before shipment.
